“Mark was engaged by Paul Brazil on the redevelopment of 38 Nutley Road. We found Mark to be very concerned
to make sure that any issues we had in relation to the development, and its impact on our house, were dealt with
to our satisfaction. We also engaged MDBC to do an extensive renovation of a holiday home we have in
Co. Wexford.
We were delighted with the outcome. In addition to the two jobs mentioned, Mark also did some work for two neighbours in Nutley Park, they too, were very pleased with the quality of the work of Mark and his team.
